Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the official website of stratonoakland.com.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“TOS”) form a contract between you (or the entity on whose behalf you act) and Shamanic Groove LTD, represented online at stratonoakland.com (“Stratonoakland,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By merely visiting our site or using any of our Services you agree to be bound by these TOS; if you disagree, please refrain from using the site. We may amend the TOS from time to time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions. The current version is always available here.
1.2 No-agreement → no-use
If you do not accept these terms you are not authorised to use this website or any of its Services. Throughout the document, visitors or users of stratonoakland.com—whether or not they purchase anything—are referred to as “customers.”
2. Customers
While we facilitate your online business, we act only as an independent contractor. We control solely the products and services we ourselves provide; we are not responsible for your actions, for the actions of third-party service providers, or for the actions of the people who use your products and services (“End Users”).
3. Services
Stratonoakland offers a variety of products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Whether a Service is paid, bundled, or free, once you request or allow us to provide it, it is covered by these TOS and by our other Policies.
Some Services are delivered by third parties; their own terms may also apply.
We may change a Service’s specifications at any time (third-party partners may likewise change their offerings between your purchase date and delivery). We’ll use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
3.1 Service catalogue
The TOS and all Stratonoakland Policies apply to every Service we offer, whether or not explicitly listed here. Detailed descriptions appear on the relevant product pages; those pages do not modify or override the TOS.
3.2 Domain-name services
We resell domain registrations. Applications are forwarded to eNom (www.enom.com) and you agree to eNom’s registration policies: www.enom.com/terms.
Domain registration is not guaranteed, and after registration it is your responsibility to keep the domain from expiring or being cancelled.
You must ensure that the domain you register does not infringe anyone else’s legal rights—we do not perform such checks.
We will comply with lawful orders to cancel, modify, or transfer a domain. ICANN’s Transfer Policy imposes a 60-day transfer lock after any “Change of Registrant”; Stratonoakland applies this lock whenever the WHOIS contact data change. Opting out is not offered.
You also agree to all ICANN verification policies. See:
https://www.enom.com/raa/ and
http://www.icann.org/en/resources/registrars/registrant-rights/educational
