Acknowledgment and Signature
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. I further confirm that I am legally competent to enter into this agreement and that I do so of my own free will.

Use of Information
I agree that the information I provide during the application process and subsequent training may be stored on Stratonoakland’s servers to create and maintain a profile. This profile may be used to support my reseller role and to identify future opportunities aligned with my skills and interests.

Privacy and Data Protection
I acknowledge that Stratonoakland will handle my personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection and privacy laws. I understand that I have the right to access, correct, or, where appropriate, request deletion of any personal data held by Stratonoakland.

Withdrawal of Consent
I understand that my consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time; however, I recognize that withdrawing consent may affect my ability to act as a Stratonoakland reseller.

Agreement to Terms
By submitting my application, I agree to the terms set forth in this Consent Agreement and certify that all information I provide is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
I agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, training materials, and business strategies supplied by Stratonoakland and Omniverse.gr during my training and tenure as a reseller, and I will not disclose such information to third parties without authorization.

Compliance with Policies and Guidelines
I commit to follow all policies, guidelines, and ethical standards established by Stratonoakland and Omniverse.gr, including industry regulations, ethical marketing practices, and customer-privacy requirements.

Performance and Evaluation
I understand that my performance as a reseller may be reviewed periodically and that my continued collaboration with Stratonoakland depends on meeting the company’s performance standards.

Termination of Agreement
I acknowledge that either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice as outlined in Stratonoakland policy. Upon termination, I will cease all reseller activities and return any materials or resources provided by the company.

Liability and Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratonoakland and its affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my actions or omissions that breach this agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

Modification of Terms
I understand that Stratonoakland reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Such changes will be communicated to me, and my continued participation as a reseller will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute related to this agreement, I will first seek resolution through direct negotiation with Stratonoakland. If no resolution is reached, I agree to engage in mediation or binding arbitration as provided by Stratonoakland’s policies.

Governing Law
This agreement and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stratonoakland is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Stratonoakland and me regarding my reseller application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
